SAFETY

Do your checks
before you pay.

QSNhire helps you find a vendor and check who they are. The agreement itself is between you and them: you settle the price, the work and the payment directly, and QSNhire is not a party to it. That is why the few minutes you spend agreeing terms in writing before money changes hands matter more here than anything else on this page.

Where QSNhire stands

What we do

  • Check the identity and business details of any vendor who applies for the verified badge
  • Show you their reviews and rating, good or bad, on their page
  • Keep a record of what was said in QSNhire chat
  • Read every report and act on accounts that are misusing the platform

What we don't do

  • We don't take payment for jobs or orders. You pay the vendor directly
  • We don't hold your money, so there is nothing for us to refund
  • We aren't a party to your agreement, and we can't enforce it
  • We don't guarantee the quality, timing or outcome of any job

The badge tells you who somebody is. It doesn't promise how they will behave, and it isn't insurance. More on what verification covers.

If you're buying

  • Agree everything in writing first. Price, what's included, what isn't, when it's done. Do it in QSNhire chat, because that's the part we can still see afterwards.
  • Be careful with a large deposit up front. A part payment for materials is normal. The whole amount before anything starts is not, especially to an account that isn't verified.
  • Check the badge and read the reviews. A page with no reviews and no badge isn't necessarily bad, but it means you have nothing to go on except what they told you.
  • Be wary of a price far below everyone else. On a marketplace, the number that looks too good is usually the one that costs you.
  • Don't move the conversation off QSNhire before you've agreed. Once you're on a private chat, there's no record for anyone to look at.
  • Meeting somebody? Somewhere public where you can, and tell another person where you're going.

If you're selling

  • Confirm the money has actually cleared in your own bank app before you release goods or finish a job. A screenshot of a transfer is not a payment, and alert messages can be faked.
  • Be suspicious of anyone who overpays and then asks you to send the difference back. That is the oldest one there is, and the first payment usually reverses.
  • Put the scope in writing the same way a buyer should. It protects you just as much when somebody later says they were promised more.
  • Nobody from QSNhire will ask you to pay them personally. Verification and promotion are paid on the site, through your dashboard, and nowhere else.

If somebody says they're from QSNhire

We will never ask you to send money to a personal account, and we will never ask for your password or a one-time code. Not by phone, not on WhatsApp, not by email. Anyone who does is not from us, whatever name or logo they're using.

Everything you pay QSNhire for is paid on this site while you're signed in. If you're not sure whether a message is really from us, check the contact details on our About page and come to us directly instead of replying.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. We can't recover money we never held, but we can look at the account, read what was said in chat, and stop somebody doing it to the next person.

Send us as much as you can: the vendor or buyer's name, when it happened, what was agreed and what actually happened. If money has been taken from you by deception, that is a crime, and you can report it to the police as well as to us.

This page is practical advice, not legal advice, and it doesn't replace our terms and conditions, which set out the rules for using QSNhire.
