The agreement between you and QSNhire. Using the site means you accept it.

The most important thing

QSNhire introduces people. We are not a party to the work. When you hire a vendor here, the agreement is between you and them. We do not employ vendors, supervise their work, set their prices, or guarantee what they do.

Verification means we checked that a vendor is who they say they are. It is not a promise about the quality of their work, and it is not a guarantee against a job going wrong. Use your own judgement, read the reviews, and agree things clearly before work starts.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over
• Give real details. An account in a false name can be closed
• Your password is yours to protect. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you
• One person, one account

If you are a vendor

• List only work you can actually do and are allowed to do
• Prices must be honest. Do not advertise one figure and charge another
• Use your own photographs of your own work
• Answer buyers in reasonable time, or take the listing down
• You are responsible for your own tax, licences and insurance

Listings are reviewed before they go live, and we can decline or remove one. We will tell you why.

If you are a buyer

• Describe the job honestly, including anything difficult about it
• Pay what you agreed, when you agreed
• Reviews must reflect a real experience with that vendor

Money

Payments to QSNhire are for verification and promotion. Those are paid to us and are what keep the site running.

Payment for the actual work is between you and the vendor. We do not hold it, and we cannot refund it, because it never passes through us.

Refunds

• Verification: refundable if we fail to review your submission. Not refundable if we review it and decline, because the work was done
• Promotion: refundable pro rata if we fail to run it. Not refundable because it did not bring the results you hoped for
• Fees and prices can change. A change never applies to something you have already paid for

Referrals and partner commission

Referral bonuses and Business Executive Partner commission are earned on real activity by real people. Creating accounts to earn on yourself, signing up businesses that do not exist, or arranging payments purely to generate commission means the earnings are cancelled and the account is closed. Money already properly earned is still yours.

Withdrawals

You can withdraw once your balance passes the minimum shown on your wallet. Payouts go to the bank account you gave us and are reviewed before they are released. Give us the wrong account details and we cannot recover the money.

What you may not do

• Anything illegal, or anything that helps someone else do something illegal
• Pretend to be another person or business
• Take conversations off QSNhire purely to avoid our fees, then use us again to find the next customer
• Post anything false, abusive, or that belongs to somebody else
• Write or arrange fake reviews, in either direction
• Scrape the site, attack it, or try to get at other people's accounts
• Send bulk or unsolicited messages through the messaging system

Content you post

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to show it on QSNhire and to use it to promote the site, which is what a listing is for. If you take your listing down we stop using it, though copies may remain in backups for a while.

Disputes between users

Talk to each other first. Most problems are a misunderstanding about what was agreed. If that fails, use the report button and we will look at it.

We can suspend an account, remove a listing or withdraw a verified badge. What we cannot do is order anyone to pay anyone, or enforce a decision between you. We are not a court, and pretending otherwise would help nobody.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless doing so would harm an investigation. Money you have properly earned is still paid out.

Where we stand legally

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake.

We are not liable for the quality of a vendor's work, a buyer failing to pay, or anything agreed between users away from the site. Where we are liable, that liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Nothing here removes a right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be signed away.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We will email account holders before anything significant changes. Carrying on using the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
